BNS provides services and co-investments for real estate projects. We structure equity, mezzanine and debt capital for project developments, refurbishments and portfolio transactions and thus secure the overall financing of real estate projects.

 

Aquisition

 

As part of own evaluation competencies BNS provides full-scale services from the acquisition to the completion of the transaction.
  • Analysis of developers, solvency and track record with regards to the sufficient experience in the respective segment
  • Analysis of potential portfolio buyers solvency and real estate portfolio respectively of his experience

Clearly structured contracts serve as legal basis for investments and provide transparency and security for all contract parties.

 

  • Organization of joint negotiations
  • Structuring and accompaniment of negotiations with equity investors and mezzanine-lenders
  • Negotiations of essential parameters with debt providers
  • Drafting of contracts for mezzanine-loan and equity investments with support of selected lawyers
  • Adjustment of contract terms in coordination with the investment partners
  • Analysis of contractual documents with debt providers (drafts of contracts / financial conditions / collaterals)
  • Contract reconciliation with contract parties
